营养评估在老年心血管疾病治疗中的应用价值

【摘 要】目的：探讨营养评估在老年心血管疾病治疗中的应用价值。方法：选取我院60例老年心血管疾病患者，分为观察组与对照组，每组各30例，对比治疗效果。结果：治疗后观察组总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）水平低于对照组，且高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）水平高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：营养评估在老年心血管疾病治疗中的应用价值显著，值得推广。

Nutritional assessment in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases in the elderly
Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of nutritional assessment in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases in the elderly.Methods：60 elderly patients with cardiovascular disease in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group，30 patients in each group，to compare the treatment effect.Results：after treatment，the levels of total cholesterol（TC），triglyceride（TG）and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（ldl-c）in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，and the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（hdl-c）were higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：the application of nutritional assessment in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases in the elderly is significant and worth popularizing.
