机器人辅助与手工单侧穿刺椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性骨折的疗效比较
[摘要] 目的 探讨'天玑“机器人辅助和手工单侧穿刺椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性骨折的临床疗效。 方法 选取2016年12月～2017年4月于我院住院治疗的骨质疏松性骨折患者80例，随机分为A组（手工单侧穿刺椎体成形术）和B组（'天玑“机器人辅助單侧穿刺椎体成形术）。观察两组患者VAS评分、JOA评分、Cobb角、手术时间、骨水泥用量、X线次数、术后并发症及住院时间等并比较。 结果 两组患者手术前后VAS评分、JOA评分、Cobb角度测量等方面比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）； B组手术时间、骨水泥用量、X线次数与A组比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组术后并发症比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；而住院时间比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 '天玑“机器人辅助单侧椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性骨折安全、有效，值得在临床应用和推广。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tianji robot-assisted and manual unilateral puncture vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic fractures. Methods A total of 80 patients with osteoporotic fractures hospitalized in our hospital from December 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into group A treated with manual unilateral puncture vertebroplasty and group B treated with Tianji robot-assisted unilateral puncture vertebroplasty. VAS score， JOA score， Cobb angle measurement， operation time， bone cement dosage， X-ray frequency， postoperative complications and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results There were significant differences in the VAS score， JOA score and Cobb angle in two groups before and after surgery（P<0.05）.
