胃癌患者手术前后营养支持合理性评价
[摘 要] 目的 评价胃癌手术前后各种营养支持途径的合理性及临床意义。
方法 将84例胃癌患者随机分成A组(手术前1周行PN、EN营养支持,手术后继续应用)、B组(仅手术后PN、EN续贯营养支持组)、C组(手术后单纯肠内营养组),每组28例,通过不同的营养支持,观察手术前后各组营养状态的变化及并发症的发生率和术后住院天数。
结果 A组较B、C组术后营养状态好,并发症少,住院时间缩短,数据均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论 胃癌手术前后营养支持以术前1周开始最合理,具有重要临床意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the justifiedand clinical significance of different nutrition support in cases of gastric cancer patients.
Methods 84 gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into three groups: A group would undergo PN and EN nutrition support since 1 week before operation. B group would undergo PN and EN only after operation. C group would undergo only EN after operation. Three groups were observed nutrition condition ,complication and hospital time after operation.
Results In A group, nutrition condition was better than other groups, complication and hospitalize time was decreased compared with other groups(P<0.05).
Conclusion Nutritional support of PN and EN 1 week before gastrectomy is very important for gastrectomy patients.
