2017年阿坝州寄宿制学校结核病现况调查

[摘要] 目的 通过对全州寄宿制学校结核病防控现状进行分析，了解结核病防控及疫情处置情况。方法 运用EpiData3.1对数据收集汇总，导出数据;运用SPSS 16.0对数据进行分析。结果 开展结核病防控方面，配备校医的学校占46.43%，结核病休学率为92.50%，差异无统计学意义（χ2=3.12，P=0.077）; 51.79%的学校开展了结核病防治培训;42.86%的学校进行了业务指導和结核病监测，不同类型学校业务指导差异无统计学意义（χ2=1.475，P=0.478），结核病监测差异无统计学意义（χ2=3.297，P=0.197）。结论 2017年阿坝州寄宿制学校结核病疫情主要为散发，寄宿制中学是寄宿制学校结核病防控工作的重点。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the status of tuberculosis prevention and control in boarding schools in the whole state， and to understand the prevention and control of tuberculosis and the situation of epidemic situation. Methods EpiData3.1 was used to collect and summarize the data， and the data was analyzed by SPSS 16.0. Results In the prevention and control of tuberculosis， the school equipped with school doctors accounted for 46.43%， and the rate of tuberculosis was 92.50%. The difference was not statistically significant（χ2=3.12，P=0.077）. And 51.79% of the schools conducted training on tuberculosis prevention and treatment; 42.86% of the schools conducted business guidance and tuberculosis surveillance. There was no significant difference in business guidance between different types of schools（χ2=1.475，P=0.478）. There was no significant difference in tuberculosis surveillance（χ2=3.297，P=0.197）.
