运动营养补剂的研究趋势
摘 要： 运动营养补剂的应用很广，但目前我国大都从经验和其成分的功能出发，缺乏对营养 补品在人体内代谢转化的科学论证，很难适应运动训练和健身的要求。本文通过对当前国内 有关材料的分析研究，提出对运动营养补品的研究应进入系统生物学的领域，即从基因组学 ”蛋白质组学”代谢组学方面研究运动营养补品，希望有助于提高运动营养补品的科学水平 和应用效果。
