木霉菌对甜瓜幼苗促生及对甜瓜蔓枯病病原菌的抑制效果研究

摘 要:采用平板对峙试验,检测不同木霉菌菌种对甜瓜蔓枯病病原菌的抑制效果和木霉菌对甜瓜植株生长指标的影响。结果表明,所选用的木霉菌菌种能明显抑制甜瓜蔓枯病病原菌的生长,抑制率达67.51%~86.64%,其中抑制率最大的为哈茨木霉菌DQ003,抑制率最小的为绿色木霉。不同木霉菌菌种对甜瓜植株促生作用不同,A3(HL100)、A5(HL119)、A7(JY013)、B7(QH060)能明显促进甜瓜植株地上部干鲜重的增加,A1(SC012)、A3(HL100)、A7(JY013)、B7(QH060)、B9(哈茨木酶DQ002)则显著促进了根系干鲜重的增加,而所用的木霉菌菌种菌均显著促进了根长的提高(P<0.05)。综合考虑,在所使用的木霉菌菌种中,A3(HL100)、A7(JY013)、B7(QH060)、B9(哈茨木酶DQ002)4种菌种能显著促进甜瓜幼苗植株的生长,尤其对根系的促生作用明显,且能明显抑制甜瓜蔓枯病病原菌的生长。

Abstract:In this study,we investigated the effect of different Trichoderma spp. strains on the growth inhibition of mycospharella melonis with plate confrontation test and the growth index of melon seedlings. The results indicated that all of Trichoderma spp. strains used could singnificantly inhibit the growth of the pathogen of mycospharella melonis strains in plate,and the inhibition rate of these Trichoderma spp.strains on the pathogen were up from 67.51% to 86.64%,in which DQ003,Trichoderma harzianum,has strongest the inhibition rate,up to 86.64%...
