不同类型标本不同时间微生物检验结果阳性率分析
[摘要] 目的 研究不同类型标本不同时间微生物检验结果阳性率差异。方法 整群选择2012年4月”2013年4月，2013年7月”2014年8月两个时间段在北华大学校医院的临床病样标本共计1 630份作为研究对象。根据标本采集时间分为两组，其中2012年4月”2013年4月标本820份为I组，另2013年7月”2014年8月标本810份为II组。结果 I组呼吸道标本阳性率显著高于II组（χ2=6.731，P<0.05）；I组血培养标本阳性率显著低于II组（χ2=4.461，P<0.05）；I组其他非呼吸道标本阳性率显著高于II组（χ2=5.291，P<0.05）；两组粪便标本阳性率差异不显著（1.17%vs 1.15%；χ2=0.000，P>0.05）。结论 分析不同类型标本不同时间微生物检验结果阳性率差异，有利于提高临床微生物检测水平，提高对疾病诊断的准确性，从而为临床提供治疗可靠的治疗依据。

[Abstract] Objective To research the differences in the positive rates of microbiological test results of different types of specimens in different time. Methods 820 specimens from April 2012 to April 2013 in the hospital of Beihua University were regarded as the group I， 810 specimens from July 2013 to August 2014 in the hospital of Beihua University were regarded as the group II. Results The positive rate of respiratory tract specimen in the group I was obviously higher than that in the group II（χ2=6.731， P<0.05）， the positive rate of blood culture specimen in the group I was obviously lower than that in the group II（χ2=4.461， P<0.05）， the positive rate of the other non-respiratory tract specimen in the group I was obviously higher than that in the group II（χ2=5.291， P<0.05）， and the difference in the positive rate of stool specimen between the two groups was not obvious， （1.17%vs 1.15%； χ2=0.000， P>0.05）.
