药物制剂GMP仿真软件在GMP教学中的应用研究
摘 要 GMP 是药品生产和质量全面管理监控的通用准则。在药品生产技术专业中，GMP 课程属于专业核心课程。要想将传统枯燥的理论教学转变成理实一体教学，就要有效的运用药物制剂GMP仿真软件组织教学，能够将课程教学和企业实践相脱节的问题予以解决。同时，不同课程从不同角度充分应用该软件，力求提升学生的综合素质，以期为生产企业培养能生产懂管理的技术型人才。

Application of GMP Simulation Software in GMP Teaching

Abstract GMP is a general guideline for the comprehensive management， supervision and control of pharmaceutical production and quality. In the major of pharmaceutical production technology， GMP belongs core course. In order to transform the traditional boring theory teaching into a theory-practice integration teaching， it is necessary to use the GMP simulation software for the pharmaceutical preparation effectively to organize teaching， which can solves the problem of disconnection between course teaching and practice in pharmaceutical companies. At the same time， different courses must apply the software from different angles to improve the comprehensive quality of students， in order to cultivate technical talents which have the ability to produce and manage for pharmaceutical companies.

GMP全称是：Good Manufacturing Practices，翻译成中文意思是'生产质量管理规范“、'良好作业规范“或'优良制造标准“。GMP是指在药品生产的全过程，从源头入手，在原料方面就开始控制，还包括人员及其健康卫生、厂房及设施设备、生产过程、质量控制、包装储存和运输等方面，采用科学的方法进行严格的控制，将人为的差错控制在最低限度，防止污染，是药品生产和质量全面管理监控的通用...
