改进清洗程序对高度危险口腔器械清洗质量的影响

[摘要]目的 分析改进清洗程序对高度危险口腔器械清洗质量的影响。方法 选取2017年12月~2018年12月在我院口腔科使用的150件高度危险口腔器械作为研究样本,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=75)和对照组(n=75)。对照组采用传统器械清洗程序进行清洗,观察组采用改进后的清洗程序进行清洗。比较两组口腔器械的清洗效果及功能质量。结果 观察组蛋白残留测定法、5倍放大镜检测法及ATP荧光检测法检测的合格率(98.67%、97.33%、96.00%)高于对照组(82.67%、80.00%、77.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组清洗后的口腔器械功能质量合格率为100.00%,显著优于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 改进清洗程序可以有效提高高度危险口腔器械清洗效果及功能质量,减少器械质量损失,值得大力推广。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the influence of improved cleaning procedures on the quality of high-risk oral instruments. Methods A total of 150 high-risk oral instruments used in the Department of Stomatology in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study samples. They were randomly divided into the observation group (n=75) and the control group (n=75) according to the random number table method. In the control group, conventional instrument cleaning procedure was used, while in the observation group, improved cleaning procedure was adopted. The cleaning effect and functional quality of oral instruments of the two groups were compared. Results The qualified rates of the protein residue assay, the 5x magnifying glass assay and the ATP fluorescence assay were 98.67%, 97.33%, 96.00%, which were higher than those of the control group accounting for 82.67%, 80.00%, and 77.33%, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
