医疗网络平台在门诊日间包皮袖状切除术围手术期护理中的应用体会
[摘要]目的：评估医疗网络平台在门诊日间包皮袖状切除术围手术期护理中的应用价值。方法：选择2016年6月-2017年12月在门诊治疗的150例包皮过长患者，术前均加入互联网医疗平台，通过医疗网络平台进行术前评估、预约手术时间、推送手术相关注意事项；术后及时随诊、指导，预约复诊、拆线时间等。结果：本组150例患者均顺利完成手术，术后恢复良好。 结论：医疗网络平台应用于门诊日间包皮袖状切除术围手术期护理中，可以更好地完成医患沟通，降低日间手术的医疗风险，提升患者就医体验。

Abstract： Objective To assess the application value of medical network platform in the perioperative nursing of day surgery of sleeve-type foreskin circumcision. Methods 150 cases of over-circumcision patients who were treated in outpatient clinic from June 2016 to December 2017， joined the medical network platform before surgery and carried on presurgical evaluation， appointment of surgical time， surgical related matters through medical network platform， also when after surgery they did the follow-up clinic， guidance， appointment for further visit and time to take out stitches. Results All the 150 patients in this group successfully completed the surgery and recovered well after surgery.
