综合性大学医学生适应性教育现状及对策研究
摘 要 历史原因使得许多综合性大学的医学院是近年合并进入，加之医学教育的特殊性，使得医学生适应性教育对学生的培养和成长有着重要意义。基于我国目前医学院校的设立情况、医学生培养情况及未来就业环境，结合当今社会医疗现状，分析了医学生适应性教育的现状及存在的主要问题，并提出了相应的对策。

Abstract Due to whose history， many medical schools are incorporated into comprehensive universities these years. In addition， because of the particularity of medical education， the college students freshmen adaption education is of great significant to the cultivation and growth of students. Based on the state of medical school’s establishment， the situation of medical students’ cultivation and employment， combined with present social medical environment， the article analyzes the status and now existed main problems of medical students freshmen adaption education， and meanwhile proposes the countermeasure of this problem.
