神华煤化工项目管理案例分析
摘要：本研究采用案例分析法，在对国内外项目管理模式的基本理论和研究成果进行回顾的基础上，对神华集团竞争环境和发展战略进行了分析。作为神华集团的核心业务板块，煤化工板块项目管理的效率直接影响到神华多元化战略的实施效果和可行性。本研究首先对目前国内现代煤化工行业大型项目管理模式进行评析，发现以业主为主体的'IPMT+EPC+监理“项目管理模式具有明显的优势。进而结合神华包头煤制烯烃项目对神华煤化工板块以业主为主的'联合项目部+监理+EPC总承包商“进行了深入分析，提出相应的意见。

Analysis on Shenhua Coal Chemical Project Management

Abstract：Based on the review of the basic theory and research results of project management model at home and abroad， this paper analyzes the competitive environment and development strategy of Shenhua Group by using case analysis method.
As the core business segment of Shenhua Group， the efficiency of project management of coal chemical industry has a direct impact on the implementation effect and feasibility of Shenhua diversification strategy. This paper firstly analyzes the large-scale project management mode of modern coal chemical industry in China， and finds that the project management model of "IPMT + EPC + supervision" has the obvious advantages. And then combined with Shenhua Baotou coal olefins project on the Shenhua coal chemical industry owners to the main "joint project + supervision + EPC general contractor" conducted an in-depth analysis， the corresponding views.
