无痛胃镜对精神分裂症患者消化道疾病的诊治价值研究
[摘要] 目的 研究無痛胃镜在诊治精神分裂症患者消化道疾病中的应用价值。方法 方便选取2016年3月”2017年12月该院接诊的精神分裂症并消化道疾病患者80例为研究对象，按照奇偶数字分组法将之随机分成实验和对照两组，每组40例。实验组行常规腹部检查联合无痛胃镜检查，并根据检查结果予以胃病药物治疗；对照组行常规腹部检查，并予以经验性胃病药物治疗。综合分析两组的诊治效果，并对各组的消化检查费用等指标作出比较。结果 实验组的临床总有效率为97.5%，比对照组的85.0%高（χ2=9.784 7，P<0.05）。实验组的消化检查费用比对照组高（t=81.674 3，P<0.05）。实验组的总费用为（2 085.41±53.69）元，比对照组的（2 417.34±71.51）元低（t=27.023 4，P<0.05）。实验组的药品比例和消化道疾病年均增长率明显优于对照组（t=6.625 6，17.636 6，P<0.05）。 结论 于精神分裂症患者消化道疾病诊治中合理运用无痛胃镜，可有效提高其临床诊治效果，降低消化检查费用，建议推广。

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to study the application of painless gastroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive tract diseases in schizophrenic patients. Methods Convenient select 80 patients with schizophrenia and gastrointestinal diseases admitted to this hospital from March 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into experimental and control groups according to the odd-even number grouping method.
