固本调周法联合中药外敷治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的临床观察
[摘要] 目的 评价固本调周法联合中药外敷治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效，对慢性盆腔炎的治疗方法及药物作用机制进行初步探讨。方法 本研究采用固本调周法联合中药外敷治疗慢性盆腔炎，以单纯中药固本调周法为对照，比较临床症状的改善情况，观察免疫功能调节指标补体C3含量、CD4、CD4/CD8及内分泌指标雌激素（E2）的变化。结果 两组总有效率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），两者均能上调补体C3、CD4、CD4/CD8水平，但治疗组较对照组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组均能上调雌激素水平，但两组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 固本调周法联合中药热罨包穴位外敷，可通过上调补体C3、CD4、CD4/CD8、E2等指标，较单纯固本调周法治疗能更有效调节免疫指标，改善免疫功能，取得良好临床效果。
