PBL教学模式在临床医学不同年级中的应用

摘要：PBL教学已经在国内一些医学院校广泛开展，但仍处于探索性阶段。对临床专业PBL初级、中级、高级教育模式单一。目的：旨在改变PBL教学一刀切的教育模式，提高教学质量，推进临床医学模式改革。方法：观察分析蚌埠医学院临床专业PBL初级、中级和高级实施过程，总结实施PBL教学法的方法和意义。结果：对不同级别PBL教学模式制定针对性改革，因时施教。结论：提高了医学生的学习积极性、自主性、临床思维能力、临床技能和沟通技巧，提高学习者的医学综合素质，值得在临床医学教学中推广和应用。

Abstract： PBL teaching has been widely carried out in some medical schools in China， but it is still in the exploratory stage. For different grades such as primary， intermediate， advanced grades of clinical specialty，the PBL education pattern is single. Objective： to change the Single teaching mode of PBL ， improving the teaching quality and promote the reform of clinical medicine model. Methods： Observing and analyzing the primary， intermediate and advanced PBL of Bengbu Medical College， and summarizing the methods and significance of implementing PBL teaching method. Results： targeted reform of PBL teaching in different grades was made. Conclusion： Improving the students" learning motivation， autonomy， clinical thinking ability， clinical skills and communication skills， and improving learners" comprehensive medical quality， is worth popularizing in clinical medicine teaching and application.
