  摘 要:采用改进的QuEChERS方法对蔬菜、水果样品进行前处理,用气质联用仪(EI源)检测联苯菊酯和溴氰菊酯残留。对4种蔬菜、2种水果利用乙腈提取,经优化比例后的PSA、GCB和C18的混合物净化后,氮吹浓缩、正己烷定容后经气质质谱仪测定。结果表明,添加回收率均在78%~120%,RSD在10%以下,符合农药残留检测要求。

  Abstract:The pretreatment of fruits and vegetables was carried out by QuEChERS method, the bifenthrin residue and deltamethrin residue were analyzed by gas mass analyzer (EI source). Four kinds of vegetables and two kinds of fruits were tested. Three concentrations were added to each sample, three of which were parallel to each other. The addition recovery was between 78% and 120%, and the RSD was below 10%, meeting the requirements of pesticide residue.
