椒蒿精油对几种植物病原菌的抑制作用研究

摘 要:目的:研究椒蒿精油对植物病原真菌的抑制作用,探索其在抑菌方面的功能,为天然抗菌剂的开发提供理論依据。方法:以椒蒿精油为原料,采用菌丝生长速率法,测定其对5种植物病原真菌的抑菌作用。结果:浓度为5.0μL/mL的椒蒿精油处理5d,对灰葡萄孢菌有100%的抑制作用。最低抑菌浓度(MIC)测定显示,椒蒿精油对5种供试菌的抑制作用从强到弱依次为灰葡萄孢菌>油菜菌核病菌>辣椒疫霉病菌>棉花枯萎病菌>菜豆炭疽病菌。结论:椒蒿精油对植物病原真菌具有良好的抑制作用,在农药领域中,用椒蒿精油防治植物病原真菌具有很好的应用潜力。

Abstract:To study the inhibitory effect of Artemisia essential oil on plant pathogenic fungi and explore its antibacterial function,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the development of natural antimicrobial agents. The antibacterial activity of Artemisia essential oil was study by the method of mycelial growth rate,which was used to 5 plant pathogenic fungi. The treatment of 5d with Artemisia essential oil,a volume fraction of 5.0μL/mL showed a 100% inhibitory effect on Botrytis cinerea. The determination of minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) showed that the inhibition effect of Artemisia essential oil on 5 kinds of tested bacteria from strong to weak were,Brassica sclerotiorum、Sclerotinia sclerotiorum、 Phytophthora capsici,Fusariurn oxysporum f、Colletotrichum linde-muthianum.
