中压电缆终端故障在线监测装置研制

摘要:针对中压电力电缆终端附件的接头温度过高、绝缘老化等问题,设计了中压电缆终端故障在线监测系统,并给出了系统的总体结构原理与各单元模块的硬件电路设计。下位机以MSP430F149为核心,集温度传感器、故障电流传感器、高压带电传感器于一体的检测单元,组成一电缆终端智能检测单元。每个电缆终端监测单元的数据采用GSM无线传输方式汇总到一基于LABVIEW平台开发的无线终端基站的上位机实时显示与存储。通过搭建硬件电路实现了接头温度、线路的故障及带电状态信息的远程在线监测,从而验证了系统设计的合理性。

Abstract:Considering to the joint temperature medium voltage power cable terminal accessory is too high and the aging problem of insulation, an online monitoring system is designed for medium voltage cable terminal fault, and gives the hardware circuit structure principle of the system and each module design. The lower computer takes MSP430F149 as the core, sets the temperature sensor, the fault current sensor, the high voltage electricity sensor in an integrated detection unit, which is composed of a cable terminal intelligent detection unit.Each cable terminal monitoring unit of the data using GSM wireless transmission mode to a summary of the LABVIEW platform based on the development of the wireless terminal of the host computer realtime display and storage.
