摘要[目的]探讨不同接种物对低次烟叶厌氧消化产沼气的影响。[方法]从低次烟叶厌氧消化的日产气量和累积产气量等方面,研究了4种接种物对低次烟叶厌氧消化产沼气的影响。[结果]不同接种物对低次烟叶厌氧消化的启动时间以及产气量的变化规律无显著影响。相对于其他接种物,A接种物(猪粪+人粪+沼气池底泥+玉米芯,经过一年培养)对低次烟叶厌氧消化的累积产气量分别提高了49.0%、139.0%、85.8%、55.7%。[结论]该研究为低次烟叶厌氧消化接种物的选择提供了理论依据。

Abstract[Objective] The study aimed to discuss the effects of various inoculums on methane production of substandard tobacco leaves through anaerobic digestion. [Method] From aspects of both daily and accumulated production of methane, the influences of four inoculums on methane production of substandard tobacco leaves through anaerobic digestion. [Result] Various inoculums had no obvious effects on the starting time of anaerobic digestion and changing trends of methane production for substandard tobacco leaves. By comparison with inoculums B, C and D, the accumulated production of methane produced by anaerobic digestion based on inoculum A (the mixture of pig manure, human feces, biogas digester sediment and corn cob cultured for one year) was very high, increasing by 49.0%, 139.0%, 85.8% and 55.7% respectively. [Conclusion] The research could provide theoretical references for the choice of inoculum used for anaerobic digestion of substandard tobacco leaves.
