系统护理对妊娠合并症产妇母乳喂养知识掌握水平及母乳喂养率的影响
[摘要]目的 探讨在妊娠合并症产妇母乳喂养知识掌握水平和母乳喂养率中系统护理的作用。方法 选取2015年1月～2017年2月我院收治的妊娠合并症产妇80例，按照随机数字表法将其分成观察组和对照组，各40例。对照组产妇采用常规护理干预，观察组产妇采用系统化护理干预，比较两组患者母乳喂养知识掌握水平及母乳喂养率。结果 观察组患者母乳喂养知识掌握率（95.0%）、母乳喂养率（95.0%）高于对照组（62.5%、77.5%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 将系统化护理干预应用于妊娠合并症产妇的临床护理中，可有效地提高产妇对母乳喂养知识的掌握程度，同时，也可以提高母乳喂养率，因此，值得在临床实践中进行大范围的推广和使用。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the efficacy of systematic nursing on the mastery of breastfeeding knowledge and the rate of breast feeding in pregnant women with pregnancy complications.Methods 80 cases of pregnant women with pregnancy complications who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method，with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention，while the observation group was given systematic nursing.The mastery degree of breastfeeding knowledge and the rate of breast feeding were compared between the two groups.Results The mastery degree of breastfeeding knowledge （95.0%） and the rate of breast feeding （95.0%） were higher than those in the control group （62.5%，77.5%），and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion Application of systematic nursing intervention in the clinical nursing of pregnant women with pregnancy complications can effectively improve the mastery of breastfeeding ...
