工商企业进军农业的效应、隐患与发展策略
摘 要：基于恒大集团进军农业分析工商企业进军农业产生的积极效应，即：投入资金，实现农业资本深化；发挥管理技术规模优势，促进农业供给侧改革；提升农产品质量安全，推动农业绿色发展等。剖析存在的涉农经验欠缺，品牌价值转移困难；产品定位高端，农业产业竞争激烈；农业投资周期长，易产生非粮非农倾向等隐患。提出了完善相关法律政策，营造工商企业投资农业良好的外部环境；强化涉农人才培养，加快农业经营技术管理创新；加大监管力度，谨防农地非粮化非农化经营等对策建议。

Abstract：The paper analyses the positive effects of industrial and commercial enterprises enter the agriculture production based on Evergrande Group entered the agriculture， namely： invest funds， to achieve the deepening of agricultural capital， exert the advantages of management technologyscale， to promote the reform of agricultural supply side， improve the quality and safety of agricultural products， promote the development of green agriculture， etc. There are sorne risks in the process of development， such as lack of experience in agriculture， difficulties in the transfer of brand value， product positioning high-end， fierce competition in the agricultural industry， long cycle of agricultural investment， easy to produce non-grain and non-farm tendencies. Some suggestions have been put forward as follows： improve the relevant laws and policies， create a favorable environment for industrial and commercial enterprises to invest in agriculture； strengthen the agricultural personnel training management， accelerate the innovation of agricultural management technology； increase supervision， beware of farmland with non-grain non-agricultural operation.
