如何发挥流程在烟草商业企业管理中的作用
摘 要：为了更好地适应国际与国内市场的发展，我国作为全球最大的烟草消费国，需要加强发挥流程在烟草商业企业管理中的作用，使得流程管理在企业管理中起到全局作用，较好地推动我国现代烟草的发展。本文通过剖析现阶段我国烟草商业企业的管理形式，给出了流程管理的具体实施措施，更好的促进了我国烟草企业的健康快速发展。

Abstract：In order to better adapt to the development of international and domestic market， China tobacco， as the world"s largest consumer， need to strengthen the role of playing in the tobacco commercial enterprise management process， the process management in enterprise management play a global role， it can promote the development of our country modern tobacco. This paper analyzes the current management form of China"s tobacco commercial enterprises， gives the specific implementation measures of process management， and promotes the healthy and rapid development of China"s tobacco enterprises.

1 引言
随着十九大的召开，国际范围内的控烟力度都在不断提高，世界经济一体化和跨国公司的全球性扩张发展战略使得国际市场竞争更加严峻。面对激烈的国际环境，中国烟草商业企业需要顺势发展，并借助高效的管理方式在竞争中取胜，尤其是科学而规范发挥流程在整个管理工作中的作用，简化传统繁琐的管理模式，这样才能提高企业执行战略的能力，最终提高整个企业的运转速度[1]。
2 流程在烟草企业管理中的作用
