缩宫素静脉微泵联合米索前列醇用于宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床疗效

摘 要 目的：探究宫缩乏力性产后出血患者采取缩宫素联合米索前列醇治疗的临床效果。方法：收治宫缩乏力性产后出血产妇28例，随机分为两组各14例。其中对照组给予缩宫素静滴治疗，而研究组采取缩宫素静脉微泵联合米索前列醇治疗。比较两组产妇用药后的出血量及止血有效率。结果：研究组的有效率80.0%，对照组有效率42.9%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组出血量（215.2±18.9）ml，对照组出血量（282.1±22.5）ml，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：缩宫素静脉微泵联合米索前列醇治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床疗效较好。

Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical effect of oxytocin combined with misoprostol on postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony.Methods：28 cases with uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 14 cases in each.The control group were treated with oxytocin intravenous drip，and the study group were treated with micro pump intravenous oxytocin combined with misoprostol.We compared the amount of bleeding and hemostatic efficiency after treatment of the two groups.Results：In the study group，the efficiency was 80%.The control group was 42.9%.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.In the study group，the amount of bleeding was （215.2±18.9） ml.The amount of bleeding of the control group was （282.1±22.5） ml.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of oxytocin combined with misoprostol on postpartum hemorrhage caused ...
