氟西汀联合抗精神病药物治疗伴有强迫症状的精神分裂症患者的价值分析

【 abstract 】 objective： to study the fluoxetine combined therapy with antipsychotic drugs with the clinical effect of forcing the symptoms of schizophrenia patients. Selection methods： January 2016 - November 2016， our hospital 88 cases suffering from symptoms of schizophrenia patients， the patients were randomly divided into two groups， each group of 44 cases， control group patients with conventional schizophrenia disease， drug treatment group with fluoxetine combined therapy with antipsychotic drugs， for a period of time after treatment， the treatment effect of two groups of patients were analyzed. Results： the treatment group effect is significantly higher than control group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： the forced symptoms of schizophrenia patients with fluoxetine combined therapy with antipsychotic drugs effect is remarkable， is helpful for the recovery of patients.
精神分裂症是精神疾病的一种，发病时症状较严重，该疾病的发生通常是源于一些家族性遗传的精神疾病，或是一些社会压力对精神造成的影响[1]。精神分裂症的临床症状重最为常见的就是强迫症状，这一症状贯穿于该疾病的各个时期。当精神分裂症患者伴有强迫症状时，病情的严重程度会大大增加，给治疗带来困难，对患者的日常生活也会造成严重影响。本文对氟西汀联合抗精神分裂药物的的治疗效果进行了分析，现报道如下。
1.资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取2016年1月-2016年11月期间，我院收治的伴有强迫症状的精神分裂症患者88例，其中男性患者48例，女性40例，年龄26-69岁，平均年龄52.2±1.6岁。患者在接受治疗前均进行了详细诊断确定符合精神分裂症标准，并且在近期无服用抗精神病药物和患有其他严重疾病的情况。按随机分配原则，将患者平均分...
