物业小区泵站监控管云服务平台
摘要：针对物业小区生活水泵房日常管理及集团物业对各个物业小区泵站管理现状的研究，如巡检不及时，监控不到位，设备运维管理不及时，跑冒滴漏严重、资产优化管理等问题，通过物联网、云计算、大数据挖掘技术等手段，搭建了物业小区泵站监控管云服务平台。本文重点阐述了物业小区泵站管理的现状以及云服务平台的系统架构、系统功能。通过采用一个集团云服务平台、多个物业中控室监控中心客户端以及智巡检App的模式，全面的监控管物业小区泵站的运行状态，有效地提高物业管理公司的运维效率和管理水平，同时，也为提高业主的满意度提供了保障。
