康复期双相情感障碍和精神分裂症患者的认知功能比较分析

[摘要] 目的 分析康复期精神分裂症患者、双相情感障碍患者的认知功能。 方法 方便选择2017年7月”2018年9月收治的精神分裂症患者、双相情感障碍患者各52例，分别纳入分裂组、双相组。对比两组患者的认知功能差异。 结果 双相组韦氏康星卡片分类测试分类个数（4.15±0.95）个（t=5.16）、错误数（14.68±5.72）個（t=6.27）、最大持续错误数（7.92±3.39）个（t=6.52），均低于分裂组（P<0.05）。双相组倒背数字广度（4.26±1.54）分（t=3.62）、数字符号评分（36.95±10.58）分（t=6.34），均高于分裂组（P<0.05）。双相组视觉再生评分（7.64±2.89）分，高于分裂组（t=2.68，P<0.05）。 结论 康复期双相情感障碍在视觉记忆能力、短时记忆能力等认知功能方面优于精神分裂症患者。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the cognitive function of patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation and patients with bipolar disorder. Methods A total of 52 patients with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder who were admitted from July 2017 to September 2018 were convenient eolled in the split and biphasic groups. The cognitive function differences between the two groups were compared. Results Two-phase group Weiscom Kangxing card classification test classification number （4.15±0.95） （t=5.16）， error number （14.68±5.72） （t=6.27）， maximum continuous error number （7.92±3.39） （t=6.52）， both lower than the split group （P<0.05）.
