精神分裂症患者应用康复护理对睡眠,质量的提高效果分析

摘要 目的：探究将康复护理应用于精神分裂症患者护理工作中的效果，评价其对患者睡眠质量造成的影响。方法：选取2015年6月至2018年3月间厦门市仙岳医院收入的精神分裂症患者76例作为研究对象，将所有患者一般资料录入计算机后，进行随机分组，每组38例患者。对照组患者采用常规护理方案，而观察组患者则在此基础上加用康复护理，比较2组患者的睡眠质量状况。结果：实验结果显示，与护理前比较，护理后2组患者睡眠质量评分及生命质量评分均显著升高，且观察组显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P <0.05）。结论：综上所述，将康复护理干预应用于精神分裂症患者的护理工作中，改善患者的失眠状态，能够提升患者的生命质量具有十分积极的临床应用意义，值得推广使用。
