血管内介入栓塞治疗隐匿性脑血管畸形出血的疗效及安全性
【摘要】 目的：研究与探讨血管内介入栓塞治疗隐匿性脑血管畸形出血的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选取2014年1月-2015年3月本院收治的隐匿性脑血管畸形患者128例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为手术组和栓塞组，每组64例。手术组于显微镜下切除畸形的血管并清理血肿，栓塞组采用血管内介入栓塞治疗方法进行治疗，比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效和生活功能。结果：栓塞组完全栓塞率低于手术组，大部分栓塞率高于手术组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），而两组小部分栓塞切除率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；栓塞组生活功能为一级的患者比例高于手术组，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：血管内介入栓塞治疗隐匿性脑血管畸形的治疗效果与手术治疗类似，但安全性较高，是一种较为理想的临床治疗方法，不仅能够取得较好的治疗效果，还能够保证患者治疗后的生活功能和防止手术后遗症的发生，值得在临床进行广泛的推广应用。
