医疗卫生行业建立和完善党员教育长效机制的实践与探索

【摘要】建立和完善党员教育的长效机制，是加强党的先进性建设的根本之举，是提高党的执政能力的现实需要，也是从党的先进性建设的长期性出发提出的重要任务。本文就在医院建立和完善党员教育长效机制中存在的问题及难点进行了探索，并对进一步完善党员教育长效机制提出了对策。

【Abstract】To establish and perfect the education of long-effect mechanism, party is to strengthen the party"s advanced nature construction basic lift, sharpens party"s ruling ability, but also the realistic need from the long-term nature of the party"s advanced nature construction and puts forward the important task. In this paper the hospital to establish and perfect the education long-acting mechanism of party the problems and difficulties, and explored the party to further improve education long-effect mechanism countermeasures were proposed.

1 建立党员教育长效机制的重要意义
