基于IVI技术的频谱分析仪自动检定系统设计

摘 要:针对目前频谱分析检定过程中面临的检定项目多、流程复杂、效率低、自动化程度不高、测试程序无法通用等问题,通过研究频谱仪的工作原理、检定方法和IVI技术,提出以GPIB为总线的频谱分析仪自动检定系统的硬件设计方案,设计检定系统的软件架构和检定系统工作流程。在测试软件架构中设计IVI-C和IVI-COM两种形式的驱动器,可隔离测试程序和硬件,使测试程序和硬件无关,利用IVI驱动器实现仪器状态仿真。实践证明采用该系统检定频谱分析仪E4448A的时间可缩短至2 h以内,检定频谱仪AV4032A,测试程序无需更改。

Abstract: For the problems in verification test of spectrum analyzer such as more and more verification items, complicated process, low efficiency, low degree of automation, and non-universal process, a hardware design plan for automatic verification system of spectrum analyzer with GPIB being bus was proposed and the software architecture and working process of the verification system were also designed by studying the working principle of the spectrum analyzer, the verification method and the IVI technology. The test software architecture included IVI-C driver and IVI-COM driver. The test program and hardware were isolated by driver, which made test program irrelevant to hardware. Besides, IVI driver was used to achieve instrument status simulation. The practice proves that the verification time of the spectrum analyzer E4448A of the system is reduced to less than 2 hours, and the test program is not required to be changed by verify another kind of spectrum analyzer AV4032A.
