新型电涡流测功机大功率直流线性稳压电源
摘 要:根据电涡流测功机试验过程中的技术要求,设计了一种直流线性稳压电源。基于可控整流电路并结合模拟电子技术设计,采用晶闸管三相桥式移相控制和功率MOSFET调整两个控制环联合控制的方法,输出可调的线性直流电压。设计了过载保护电路、缺相保护电路、过热保护电路等措施,以保障设备的正常使用。经连续负载试验,该设备输出电压线性可调,输出电压稳定度符合电涡流测功机要求。在系统过载、输入三相电源缺相以及设备过热等模拟故障条件下均可迅速切断电源。采用晶闸管三相桥式移相控制和功率MOSFET调整两个控制环联合控制方法设计的电源可以满足电涡流测功机对加载器输入电压的要求。

Abstract:A new type of power source used for excitation voltage control in eddy current dynamometer in designed.Based on the SCR rectification circuit and analog technology,using the fully three phase position controlled bridge of SCR and power MOSFET regulation to output linear DC voltage.Over-load protection circuit,open-phase protection circuit and thermal-shutdown circuit are designed for equipment reliability.Experimental results show that the equipment can output linear DC voltage and the voltage stablilty fulfil the needs of eddy dynamometer.The equipment also can quickly shutdown when at fault status such as over-loads,open-phase and overheat.The power source designed by the fully three phase position controlled bridge of SCR and power Mosfet regulation can fulfil the needs of voltage of eddy dynamometer.
