医学院校专业教师担任辅导员工作的实践与思考
摘要：随着我国高等教育地快速发展，各高校学生人数迅速增加。为了加强和充实辅导员队伍，全国很多高校出台政策，鼓励专业教师担任辅导员工作。学风建设是高等学校基本建设的重要组成部分，辅导员在学风建设中起着举足轻重的作用。本文详细阐述利用自身专业教师优势，着力打造学风建设：专业教师在培养学生专业兴趣、稳定专业思想，对学生专业能力与创新能力培养和指导以及促进就业等方面特色做法与措施，并就如何进一步发挥专业教师在担任辅导员工作的作用进行思考。

Abstract： The number of students have increased rapidly in colleges and universities as the fast development of higher education in China. In order to eiched the counselor grops， more and more colleges and universities have encouraged the professional teachers play the role of counselors.
