磁流变半主动悬架的天棚控制方法研究
摘 要:研究天棚控制方法对磁流变半主动悬架动力学的影响。根据磁流变减振器的力学特性,建立了二自由度磁流变半主动悬架模型,分析了在天棚控制方法下悬架的频率响应特性,并通过仿真分析了被动悬架和天棚控制悬架的平顺性。结果表明,天棚控制方法能有效降低簧载质量加速度和悬架动挠度,但是增大了轮胎动载荷。

Study on the Dynamic Simulation of Magneto-rheological Semi-active Suspension Using Sky-hook Control Method

Abstract:The effect of sky-hook control method used in magneto-rheological semi-active suspension is studied. A two-degree-of-freedom magneto-rheological semi-active suspension model is constructed according to the mechanical characteristics of the magneto-rheological shock absorber. The frequency response characteristic of the suspension model using sky-hook control method is analyzed. The ride comfort of passive suspension and controlled suspension is analyzed. The results show that the acceleration of sprung mass and the suspension deflection are decreased through sky-hook control method,however,the dynamic tire load is increased.

被动悬架的刚度与阻尼是不可调的,因此它已不能适应高机动越野车辆的发展需要,而主动悬架由于要消耗大量能量,制约了其工程应用。介于被动悬架和主动悬架之间的半主动悬架,因其结构简单、性能接近主动悬架而得以迅速发展[1]。目前,半主动悬架大部分以改变减振器的阻尼来调节悬架性能。磁流变半主动悬架通过调节磁场的大小来改变阻尼,与其它形式悬架相比,具有响应滞后小、可调节范围大、消耗功率小等优点,已成为半主动悬架发展应用的热点[2]...
