国内外新材料产业发展现状与趋势研究
摘 要：材料工业对国家制造业发展有着至关重要的影响，当前世界各国越来越重视国家对材料研发工作的组织和领导。欧美发达国家的针对新材料生产、研发创新出台相应的政策。我国大型新材料企业有中国化工、中国中材、中国建材、中国钢研等，及为各行业配套的科技型中小企业，如重材院、中航工业北京航材院、中船725所、航天703所等，同时还有一大批新兴的民营企业。随着我国即将出台新材料'十三五规划“政策，我国新材料产业将迎来新机遇。

Abstract：Industrial materials of national manufacturing industry development has a crucial influence， countries around the world attach great importance of industrial materials， developed countries in Europe and the United States of new materials production， R & D and innovation ability with each passing day. With the introduction of China"s five new materials planning policy， China"s new materials industry showing a good momentum of development， China"s chemical industry， China National materials， China building materials， China Gangyan etc. large enterprises， and for supporting the industry of science and technology oriented small and medium-sized enterprises， such as Chongqing materials research institute ，AVIC Beijing BIAM， 725institute of china shipbuilding industry corporation， 703institute of china aerospace science and technology corporation， and a large number of emerging private enterprises.
