初级临床医师的药学技能教学实践
摘 要：目的 探索出一套适用于初级临床医师的药学教学方法，提高其临床药学服务技能。方法 通过复习药理学基础知识、学习临床指南和药品说明书、培养临床药学实践技能和医德教育来提高临床医师的药学服务技能。结果 以上方法大大提高了初级临床医师对药理学基础知识、临床指南和药品说明书的掌握程度。并且经过培训，我科医师处方、医嘱合格率大幅上升，病区不良反应上报例数显著增加。结论 临床教学结合药学技能培养使得初级临床医师的药学服务技能得到提高，是培育合格临床医师的有效方法。

Abstract： Objects： To explore a set of pharmacy teaching method suitable for primary clinician， in order to improve their clinical pharmaceutical care skills. Methods： The clinical pharmaceutical care skills can be improved by reviewing the basic knowledge of pharmacology， learning clinical guidelines and drug instructions， developing clinical pharmacy practice skills and medical ethics education. Results： The above methods have greatly increased the primary clinician’s basic knowledge of pharmacology， clinical guidelines and drug instructions. And after the training， the qualification rate of prescriptions and orders has increased greatly， the number of reported adverse reactions cases has increased significantly. Conclusions： Clinical teaching combined with medicine skills training can increase the quality of primary clinician’s pharmaceutical care skills， which is an effective method to cultivate qualified clinician.
