以学生为中心混合式教学法提高外科实习生诊治能力的研究

[摘要] 目的 探讨以学生为中心混合式教学法对外科实习生诊治能力的影响。方法 选取2018年1月”2019年6月在该院普外科实习学生60人为研究对象,随机分为实验与对照组,实验组进行以学生为中心的提高基础知识与临床实践贯通能力为导向的混合式教学,以期提高实习医学生疾病诊治能力,对照组延用传统讲授式教学方法。结果 实习结束时采用《中国临床医师岗位胜任力调查问卷》进行系统、全面的评估实习生的疾病诊治能力,数据显示实验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 以学生为中心混合式教学法可以提高外科实习生疾病诊治能力。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the impact of student-centered mixed teaching methods on the ability of surgical interns to diagnose and treat. Methods A total of 60 students who were eolled in the general surgery of the hospital were selected from the group of Jan 2018 to 2019 Jun. They were randomly divided into the experimental and control groups. The experimental group carried out a student-centered hybrid teaching with basic knowledge and clinical practice-oriented ability, to improve the internship medical students" ability to diagnose and treat diseases, and the control group extended the traditional teaching method. Results At the end of the internship, the "Chinese Clinician Post Competency Questionnaire" was used to systematically and comprehensively evaluate the inpatient"s disease diagnosis and treatment ability.
