我院2015年上半年门急诊抗菌药物处方点评与分析

[摘要] 目的 了解本院门急诊抗菌药物的使用情况，分析不合理用药现象的具体表现及原因，提高处方质量。 方法 借助医院信息系统（HIS）和临床药学管理系统（PASS），随机抽取本院2015年1～6月门急诊抗菌药物处方2850张，对抗菌药物的使用情况进行点评分析，统计不合理处方率。 结果 共抽取含抗菌药物处方2850张，以口服抗菌药物使用为主，占69.58%，使用频次较多的抗菌药物是阿莫西林、头孢呋辛、克林霉素和克拉霉素。不合理处方97张，不合理处方占抽取总处方数的3.40%。不合理处方具体情况为无指征用药、药物选择不合理、用法/用量不合理、联合用药不合理等。 结论 定期进行处方点评，动态监测抗菌药物的使用情况，针对不合理用药现象进行反馈、干预、追踪非常重要，能够促进门急诊抗菌药物的合理使用。
