外源激素对盐胁迫下烟草幼苗生理抗性的影响

  摘要:用不同浓度的α-NAA、GA3、ABA 喷施处理100 mmol/L NaCl 胁迫下的烟草幼苗,测定烟草幼苗丙二醛含量和超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶活性等指标,探究外源激素对盐胁迫下烟草幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,烟草幼苗MDA含量和SOD、POD、PPO活性升高;喷施外源激素α-NAA、GA3、ABA可以降低NaCl胁迫下烟草幼苗MDA含量和SOD、POD、PPO活性,减轻NaCl对烟苗叶片膜脂过氧化的程度,增强烟苗对盐胁迫的抗性。因此,外源激素α-NAA、GA3、ABA可缓解NaCl对烟草幼苗胁迫,其中喷施ABA及50 mg/L α-NAA、GA3缓解效果较好。

  Abstract Tobacco seedlings under salt stress were treated by spraying different concentrations of α-NAA, GA3 and ABA, and then the malondialdehyde (MDA) content, and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) of tobacco seedlings were measured to study the influence of exogenous hormones on tobacco seedlings’ physiological characteristics under salt stress. The results showed that MDA content, and SOD, PPO and POD activities of tobacco seedlings increased under 100 mmol/L NaCl stress. Spraying exogenous hormone such as such as α-NAA, GA3 and ABA could reduce the MDA content, and SOD, POD and PPO activities of tobacco seedlings under NaCl stress and reduced the degree of NaCl to the membrane lipid peroxidation of tobacco leaves, it could also enhance the resistance to salt stress. Therefore, exogenous hormones including α-NAA, GA3 and ABA could alleviate NaCl stress on tobacco seedlings, among which exogenous ABA and 50 mg/L α-NAA and GA3 had the better effect on remission effect.
