集体抗癌健康教育模式的效果评价

【摘要】 目的：对基于集体抗癌社会工作组织开展的，对肿瘤患者进行集中肿瘤康复健康教育模式效果进行评价。方法：对2013年度参加培训的255名肿瘤患者在培训结束后进行问卷调查，并进行统计分析。结果：肿瘤患者参加培训前后在对疾病的科学认知、减少过度治疗、增强战胜癌症的信心、树立正确康复心态、纠正不良生活习惯等多方面均有不同程度的提高（P<0.05）。 结论：基于集体抗癌社会工作组织的肿瘤康复健康教育模式是一种高效的、值得推广的健康教育模式。

【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the effect of collective health education model based on anti-cancer social work organizations focused on cancer rehabilitation cancer patients.Method：255 cancer patients participated in 2013 were conducted a questionnaire survey after the training.Result：Cancer patients before and after training in the scientific knowledge of the disease， reducing over-treatment， and enhance the confidence to overcome cancer， rehabilitation and establish the correct attitude， correct bad habits and other aspects have improved to varying degrees， by the statistical test showed significant differences（P<0.05）. Conclusion：Collective anti-cancer tumors rehabilitation health education model based on social work organization is an efficient health education model.
