教师发展需求对教师教育的启示

摘 要：一线教师专业发展需要课堂教学的教学法知识和实践能力，喜欢实践学习和案例指导，但是在专业发展中又需要专家的理论指导，需要学科知识和课程理论的引导。由此反思职前教师教育存在的问题，理论和实践未能很好地结合，本体性知识不够明确，教师情境知识缺乏。因此职前教师教育要整合学科知识和教学法知识，改变学习方式，创设体悟式的学习方式，在情境中学习情境知识。以此理解教育，热爱教育，奠定教师专业发展的基础。

Abstract： The professional development of the front-line teachers requires knowledge of teaching methodology and practical ability. These teachers likes learning in practice and case instruction and needs theoretical directions and the guidance of the subject knowledge and the curriculum theory in their professional development. The problems such as lacking the combination of the theories and practice， the clearance of ontology knowledge and the situated knowledge， should be recognized and rethought. Therefore， teachers" pre-service education should integrate the knowledge of subjects and teaching methodology， change their leaning style， and learn in the situation， so as to understand the education， love education and lay the foundation of their professional development.
