杠板归提取物对黄粉虫生物活性测定的初步研究

摘 要：通过试验研究杠板归不同层提取物对不同龄黄粉虫的麻醉活性及体质量变化的影响，结果表明，石油醚层萃取物对3、8龄黄粉虫的麻醉活性最好，当浓度为4 mg>mL-1时，处理3 min时校正麻醉率均为100%，LC50分别为0.008 3和0.058 9 mg>mL-1；同时，石油醚萃取物0.5 mg>mL-1对3龄黄粉虫的平均体质量增长的抑制作用最明显，体质量平均增长率在16 d内比对照低了2.9%，且与对照达到极显著水平。研究结果表明杠板归对黄粉虫的麻醉及其体质量增长抑制的活性成分为低极性的化合物。

Abstract： Biological activity of five extracts of P. perfoliatum was determined on anesthetic activity and weight changing of T. motlitorlin. The research results showed that the anesthetic activity of extracts of petroleum against 3rd and 8th instars larvae of T.motlitorlin possesses significant activity. When its concentration was 4 mg>mL-1， the corrected rate of anesthesia of 3rd and 8th instars larvae of T. motlitorlin in 3 min was 100%. P.E. extracts against 3rd and 8th instars larvae of T. motlitorlin exhibited anesthesia activity with LC50 values of 0.008 3 and 0.058 9 mg>mL-1， respectively. At the same time， for the inhibition of weight gaining of instars larvae of T. motlitorlin， the most obvious effect against 3rd instars larvae of T. motlitorlin was observed at 0.5 mg>mL-1 of P. E. extracts， and inhibition of insects average growth rate of weight was 2.9% lower than the control"s in 16 days， and reached extremely significant level with the control.
