层流洁净手术室的使用和管理探讨
【摘要】 随着医疗技术的飞速发展，人们对手术室的环境条件和功能要求也越来越高。层流洁净手术室是医院现代化发展的要求和必然趋势。本院于2013年启用层流洁净手术室，从层流洁净手术室的工作流程、医护人员行为和操作的规范化和层流洁净手术室的维护三个方面加强管理，保障了手术室空气环境的洁净度，为患者提供了优质的诊疗环境，减少了医院感染和交叉感染。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of medical technology，people request more and more for the environment conditions of operating room and functions.Clean laminar flow operating room is the demand and inexorable trend of hospital modernization.Our hospital starts to use clean laminar flow operating room from 2013，we strengthen managements from three aspects of the working process of clean laminar flow operating room，the standardization of the medical personnel behavior and operation and maintenance of clean laminar flow operating room，which guarantee the cleanliness of air environment in operating room， provide high quality of medical environments for patients， reduce the hospital infection and cross infection.

医院感染一直是医学界关注的重要问题，各国医学专家一致认为，避免术中感染是解决医院感染的有效对策，也是整个治疗过程中不可或缺的关键环节[1-3]。手术室担负着抢救患者、进行外科诊治的重要使命，在控制医院感染中占据重要位置。手术室的消毒隔离工作关系到每一位患者的手术效果和预后。随着抗生素的广泛应用，加上不合理应用现象愈演愈烈，抗生素的抗药性不断增加，仅仅依靠灭菌、消毒和加大抗生素使用剂量来避免感染的传统型手术室和治疗方式已不能适应时代发展的需要，因此建立一种洁净的、控制菌落数在手术要求的相对范围内的手术...
