关于普通外科住院医师规范化培训的临床教学探讨
[摘要] 住院医师规范化培训是我国目前医学教育的重要组成部分，同时也是提高临床医师技术水平、培养临床医学高素质人才极为重要的阶段。然而普通外科学作为外科学的基础学科，是一门涉及较广泛、整体性较强的临床医学学科，在整个住院医师规范化培训过程中占有举足轻重的地位。目前临床工作繁忙，尤其教学医院还承担本科及研究生教学，而住院医师培训又是教学中的重中之重，如何搞好住院医师规范化培训一直是临床教学探讨的热点。本文结合北华大学附属医院普外科住院医师规范化培训教学效果进行了相关探讨。

[Abstract] Currently the standardized training of residents is an important part of medical education in our country， and the indispensable stage of improving the quality of clinicians， cultivating high-quality talents of clinical medicine. General surgery as the basic subject of surgery， is a broad and holistic clinical subject， occupies a pivotal position in the standardized training of residents. Currently clinical work is busy， especially undergraduates and graduates teaching in teaching hospital. The standardized training of residents is the top priority in teaching， how to do well for its teaching is always the hot spot of the study. This paper discusses the topic combined with the effects of the standardized training of residents in General Surgery of Affiliated Hospital of Beihua University.
