“双十一”引发的物流问题研究
[摘 要] '双十一“交易额的记录被一次次地刷新，快递公司'爆仓“，'双十一“引发的物流问题主要是包裹量激增，导致快递公司爆仓；快递服务水平降低；投入大量资源形成一定程度的浪费；高退货率造成物流资源浪费和环境污染；快递包装垃圾造成严重环境污染等。解决'双十一“物流问题的对策主要包括电商实现常态化低价供应物美价廉的商品；拉长促销期，错开物流高峰期；消费者理性消费；走出一家一户办快递，统筹物流行业信息的社会化平台；减少快递包装的环境污染等方面内容。

Abstract： Deal records of the Singles" Day on November 11th， a promotion day first put forward by Taobao， China"s eBay， was renewed again and again. Express companies failed to operate properly as parcel volume was beyond warehouse capacity. Logistics problems caused by the shopping rush include parcel volume surge beyond the full capacity of express companies， delivery service quality decline， resource waste， high refund rate that gives rise to the waste of logistics resources and environmental pollution. The cover used to wrap parcels also caused severe environmental pollution. Strategies for coping with the problems is put forward in the study. Online shop owners may offer attractive goods at low prices on ordinary days. The sales promotion period could be extended to avoid logistics peak. Customers need to make rational consumption decisions. A socialized platform of logistics information should be built to harness the resources of small express agencies. And the environmental pollution caused by packing of express parcels should be reduced.
