超声消融联合高压氧治疗糖尿病足的临床观察

[摘要] 目的 观察血管内超声消融联合高压氧治疗糖尿病足的疗效。 方法 将51例行血管内超声消融联合高压氧治疗的糖尿病足患者设为观察组,其余51例未应用血管内超声消融治疗,设立为对照组,比较两组的疗效及ABI。 结果 观察组治疗后的总有效率达90.2%,显著高于对照组(x2 =7.348,P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的ABI也明显高于对照组(t=2.648,P<0.05)。 结论 血管内超声消融联合高压氧治疗糖尿病足是一种安全、有效的方法,值得推广和应用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the efficacy of intravascular ultrasound ablation combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods Fifty-one patients with diabetic foot who received intravascular ultrasound ablation combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment were selected as the observation group and 51 patients who did not receive intravascular ultrasound ablation treatment were selected as the control group.The efficacy and ABI of the two groups were compared. Results After the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.2%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(x2=7.348,P<0.05).After the treatment,the observation group also had significantly higher ABI than the control group(t=2.648,P<0.05). Conclusion Intravascular ultrasound ablation combined with hyperbaric oxygen is a safe and effective treatment method for diabetic foot and worthy of promotion and application.
