基于病证结合模式下的中医痰证研究概述
【摘 要】 '百病皆由痰作祟“，诸多疾病的发生均与'痰“密切相关，现代基础研究及临床研究均提示中医的痰证形成机制可能与血脂、血糖代谢、血液流变学、基因表达等因素的异常改变有关，是某些疾病形成的病理基础。通过对古代中医痰证的源流、证治研究，结合当代病证结合模式下中医痰证的发展现状进行阐述，以期对阐明其病因病机，提高辨证的准确性和临床防治提供一定的指导。

In this paper， the origin of traditional Chinese medicine phlegm syndrome， syndrome research， combined with the combination of contemporary disease and syndrome model of the development of TCM phlegm to explain the status quo， in order to clarify the etiology and pathogenesis， to improve the accuracy of dialectical and clinical prevention and treatment to provide some guidances.

痰是中醫学的特有概念之一，中医医家认为痰既为津液代谢失常的病理性产物，又是一种致病因素，故自古以来就有'百病皆由痰作祟“之说，认为痰与诸多疾病的发生发展有着密切的关系。而病证结合模式是以西医明确病名的基础上，运用中医的思维进行辨证分型以进行治疗，是现在中医临床普遍应用的方法，也是中西医结合发展的方向之一。笔者就病证结合探讨痰证相关研究，以期对阐明其病因病机，提高辨证的准确性和临床防治提供一定的指导。
