急性心血管患者78例的临床治疗研究

摘要目的：分析讨论急性心血管患者的临床治疗方法及疗效。方法：2012年3月-2013年3月收治急性心血管疾病患者78例，回顾性分析其临床资料。针对不同类型的疾病，实施不同的治疗方法。结果：经治疗，所有患者的临床症状均有显著好转。不同类型疾病的治疗总有效率如下：急性肺栓塞100.0%（2/2），主动脉夹层80.0%（4/5），急性左心衰竭100.0%（8/8），急性心肌梗死88.2%（15/17），急性心绞痛89.1%（41/46）。结论：针对急性心血管疾病，临床上要早发现、早诊断，早实施相应的治疗方法，以缓解患者痛苦，提高患者的生活质量、健康质量。

AbstractObjective：To explore the clinical treatment method and curative effect of patients with acute cardiovascular.Methods： 78 cases with acute cardiovascular were selected from May 2012 to May 2013.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different types of diseases，the different treatment methods were implemented.Results：After treatment，the clinical symptoms of all the patients improved significantly.The total effective rate of acute pulmonary embolism was 100%（2/2）.The aortic dissection was 80%（4/5）.The acute left heart failure was 100.0%（8/8）.The acute myocardial infarction was 88.2%（15/17）.The acute angina pectoris was 89.1%（41/46）.Conclusion：In the acute cardiovascular disease，it needs early detection，early diagnosis， early implementation of the corresponding treatment methods in clinical.It can alleviate the suffering of patients，and improve living ...
