刍议近年来我国保健食品行业发展存在的主要问题
[摘要] 目的 为了更清楚了解近年来我国保健食品行业的发展现状。方法 该文查阅了相关文献和资料，对保健食品行业做了简单的概括。结果 在保健食品行业发展中出现了政策不健全，监督不到位，生产中添加有害物质等现象，严重滞后了我国保健食品行业发展的步伐。结论 我国保健食品行业的发展需要政府部门、生产企业和大众消费者一起参与和改善。

[Abstract] Objective In order to more clearly understand the current situation of the development of health food industry in recent years. Methods This paper reviewed the literature and data， do a simple generalization of the health food industry.Results Consequence appeared in the health food industry development policy is not sound and supervision does not reach the designated position， the phenomenon such as production to add the harmful material， seriously lagging behind the pace of the health food industry development of our country.Conclusion The development of Chinese health food industry needs the government department， production enterprises and consumers participate in improvement of the masses

保健食品是不以治疗疾病为目的，具有机体调节功能，特定人群适宜食用，具有特定保健功能或者以补充矿物质、维生素为目的的食品，对人体无任何急性、慢性、或者亚急性危害的食品。保健食品拥有与一般食品一样的特性，它是食品的一个分支，但也有它独特的功能效果。新医改方案已经把预防和控制疾病放在了首位。慢性疾病成为预防医学的首要目标，借住膳食营养等手段预防疾病将越来越被人们重视[1]。现在我国保健食品行业发展出现了企业规模小、质量没有保障，政府监管不到位、相关政策法规不健全，大众消费误解保健食品、消费不理性等现象。下面，该文就近些年来保健食品行业发展的现状概况做一综述。
