张家界市发展草食畜牧业脱贫的潜力和基本思路
摘 要：脱贫攻坚离不开产业扶贫支撑。通过介绍张家界市草食畜牧业的发展现状，分析在张家界市发展草食畜牧产业脱贫的优势与潜力，坚持脱贫攻坚与生态环境保护有机结合的理念，重点提出了张家界市发展草食畜牧业脱贫的基本思路，即完善产业发展环境促进草食畜牧业加快发展，建立全产业链条机制推进产业化发展，完善利益联结机制带动贫困户脱贫增收，与种植业结合发展生态循环农业，与旅游业结合发展休闲观光畜牧业。

Abstract：Poverty alleviation is inseparable from the support of industrial poverty alleviation. Introduces the status of Zhangjiajie City through the development of animal husbandry， in the analysis of the advantages and potential development of herbivorous animal husbandry industry in the area of poverty， poverty alleviation and environmental protection to the organic combination of the concept， put forward the basic idea for the development of animal husbandry in the area of poverty， that is to improve the industrial development environment to accelerate the development of animal husbandry， establish the whole industry chain mechanism to promote industrial development， improve the profit mechanism driven by poor households out of poverty and increase income， combined with the development of the ecological cycle of agriculture planting industry， combined with the development of tourism and leisure tourism in animal husbandry.
