PDCA循环在在职护理研究生管理中的应用

[摘要] 目的 探讨PDCA循环在在职护理研究生管理中的应用效果。方法 利用PDCA循环理论，从管理制度不完善、研究生基础知识差、管理部门监管不到位和研究生自我学习意识差等方面进行分析讨论制定改进方案，按照改进方案开展培训工作，并对改进效果进行检查、总结。结果 实施PDCA循环管理后，研究生英语和医学综合考试成绩均有所提高，护理研究生整体能力提升明显。结论 PDCA循环管理可提高在职护理研究生的培训质量。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle in the management of on-the-job nursing students. Methods Using the PDCA cycle theory， from the aspects of imperfect management system， poor basic knowledge of graduate students， inadequate supervision of management departments and poor self-learning awareness of graduate students， analyze and discuss the development of improvement plans， carry out training according to the improvement plan， and carry out the improvement effect. Results After the implementation of PDCA cycle management， the scores of postgraduate English and medical comprehensive examinations were improved， and the overall ability of nursing graduate students was significantly improved. Conclusion PDCA cycle management can improve the quality of on-the-job nursing graduate training.
